Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at MyCupidValentine.com. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.


1) 30-Day Returns (Eligibility Window)

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it,

  • unused/unworn (no signs of use, washing, or wear),

  • in the original packaging (including any accessories, inserts, and tags, if applicable),

  • accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).


2) How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at sales@mycupidvalentine.com with:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you want to return

  • the reason for the return

  • clear photos if the item is damaged/defective (see Section 5)

Returns Address:
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will email you:

  • return instructions, and

  • (when applicable) a return label or the best return method for your location.


3) Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or item damaged in transit), we will cover return shipping or offer an alternative resolution (replacement/partial refund where appropriate).

  • For returns due to change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong size/color, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless stated otherwise.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where required by law.


4) Items Not Eligible for Return (Non-Returnable)

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Custom/personalized items (if applicable)

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products) once opened/used

  • Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases

5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@mycupidvalentine.com.

To help us resolve this quickly, include:

  • your order number, and

  • clear photos of:

    • the issue/defect,

    • the packaging (including shipping label),

    • all items received.

We will evaluate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, a refund, or another fair resolution.


6) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is:

  1. request a return (if eligible), then

  2. place a new order for the replacement item.

7) Refunds (Timing and Method)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

  • your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at sales@mycupidvalentine.com.


8) Partial Refunds (When Applicable)

A partial refund may apply if:

  • the item shows signs of use/wear,

  • original packaging/accessories are missing, or

  • the item is returned in a condition different from when it was delivered.

We will always explain the reason for any partial refund decision.


9) Cancellations & Order Changes

If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at sales@mycupidvalentine.com.

We can only cancel or edit orders before they enter processing or ship. Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.


10) Lost Packages / Delivered-Not-Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • check with neighbors/household members,

  • check safe places around the property,

  • contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If you still cannot locate it, email us at sales@mycupidvalentine.com and we will assist with next steps where possible.


11) European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, subject to the conditions below.

Returned items must be:

  • unused/unworn,

  • in original packaging,

  • with any included accessories/inserts, and

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or required otherwise by law.
