Thank you for visiting and shopping at MyCupidValentine.com. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders, including estimated delivery timeframes by destination.
1) Order Processing Time
Processing Time (Order Handling):
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). This applies to approximately 90% of orders.
Processing includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.
Weekend & Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Order Confirmation & Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive:

an order confirmation email after purchase, and

a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking details (when available).
2) Priority Processing Upgrade (Optional)
If you choose Priority Processing at checkout, your order is moved to the front of our processing queue and is typically processed the same day or within 12–24 hours (business days).
Important: Priority Processing speeds up handling and dispatch priority. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date and does not control carrier transit speed, customs processing, or local courier delays.
3) Shipping Rates & Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on:

You will always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase. We do not add hidden shipping fees after checkout.
4) Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)
Shipping time begins once your order is dispatched (marked as shipped). The delivery timeframes below are estimates, based on historical carrier performance and fulfillment partner data.

5) Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping)
To estimate your total delivery time:
Processing (1–3 business days) + Shipping (destination estimate above)
Example (UK):
1–3 business days processing + 5–11 business days shipping = 6–14 business days total
6) Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for most orders. If tracking is available, it will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Please allow up to 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear, depending on the carrier.
7) Shipping Destinations
We ship to many countries worldwide. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to your location.
If a destination is not selectable at checkout, we are currently unable to ship there.
8) Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, or taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. We do not control customs processing times and are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
9) Incorrect Address / Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address issue, we can reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply) or provide a refund excluding shipping costs, where permitted.
10) Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If a shipment is returned, refused, or unclaimed:

reshipping may require an additional shipping fee, or

a refund may be issued excluding shipping costs, depending on the circumstances and destination.
11) Split Shipments
In some cases, items may ship separately due to inventory location, packaging, or fulfillment routing. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
12) Shipping Delays (Important Notice)
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

peak seasons and holidays,

customs inspections,

weather events,

carrier backlogs,

local delivery disruptions.
Delivery time estimates are not guarantees.
13) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Marked “Delivered” but Not Received:
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package:

check with household members/neighbors,
-
check safe places around the property,
-
contact the local carrier with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. However, we will assist you with the information needed to file a carrier claim where possible.
In-Transit / No Movement:
If tracking has not updated for an extended period and it exceeds the maximum estimated delivery timeframe for your destination, contact us and we will review the case and assist accordingly.
